7 nights accomodation, 2 yoga practices/day, 2 meditation sessions/day, cleansing techniques (kriyas) & breath work (pranayama) sessions, breakfast & dinners. If you are interested in exploring different layers of yogic practices in a spectacular setting that encourages a deep connection with nature, this affordable retreat is for you.
Mats are provided by Nosara B&B where we will be staying. We will enjoy the incredible outdoor studio space at the B&B which is a 5min walk to the ocean. Yoga classes will be all levels while breakfasts and dinners are exceptionally tasty and vegetarian. All sessions are optional however there is 5hrs of afternoon downtime between sessions to surf, swim, explore, go ziplining, on wildlife tour, or enjoy some hammock time.
