September 24 & 27 from 730pm-9pm
First session– Grounding and foundation by learning safe techniques with deep yoga stretches.
Second Session: Flying and inversions-Strength training, cardio, inversions, and swinging.
End in swinging floating savasana!
Both sessions are $65, members receive 15% off
