This is an introduction to incorporating inversions into your practice. Take this opportunity to try standing on your Head, Hands and Shoulders in a safe, supported and fun environment. Experience how overcoming the fear of going upside down can bring you pure bliss!
November 24th 10am-12pm
Through the practice of yoga there are ways to alleviate or prevent back pain. Whether you struggle with back pain or not this workshop will shed new light and awareness to your Hips, Hammies and Heart and ultimately guide your towards freedom!
