Come together to play at your edge in a fiercely fun and playfully intense practice. Designed to cultivate fire and will, Dana Skoglund will lead you through the full spectrum of asanas in this 3-hour led practice to maximize strength, stamina and flexibility and inspire you to take your practice to the next level.
Regular yoga practice is expected
You must be able to kick up to handstand at the wall unassisted (balancing not required)
You must be able to press up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel)
