Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration ~Thomas A. Edison
You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation. –Plato
Life must be lived as play. –Plato
All young creatures play to find their edges and inch beyond them, there fore discovering new territories of life. Depending on our how we are perceiving life in any given moment, it may appear that all of life is constantly playing. All of nature. Continuously moving, dancing, creating destroying expanding contracting. It is a necessary function of all life. Without it there is contraction and a loss of the vitality of youth.
We can revitalize our lives without taking any kind of drug or vitamin or buying any new item simply by tapping into playfulness.
Play energizes us and enlivens us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities.
