Support women to birth from their place of power.
This workshop is for yoga instructors as well as pregnant women wanting to learn more about specific considerations for yoga practice during pregnancy.
During our time together we will discover how to use posture, breath work, relaxation, mediation and visualization with women at different stages of pregnancy.
We will discuss prenatal considerations and the physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, labour, and delivery.
