Prenatal Yoga Classes designed for women in all stages of pregnancy. Prior yoga experience is not required.
These classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is now home for two. Deepen your relationship with your baby through safe and gentle postures, breath work, visualization, vocal toning and meditation. Enhance flexibility, confidence and relaxation that will in turn foster a calm presence in preparation for labor and delivery.
