Relax. Unwind. Exhale. Join Okanagan yoga teachers Chelsea Ray and Shauna Nyrose for this sweet ½ day yoga retreat, and learn how a few simple practices can help bring more ‘sattva’ (balance) into your life, work and relationships.
We will start with a conversation exploring areas of our life and see what areas you can improve in and what areas you are feeling balanced in. Looking at the whole and seeing where uplifting certain areas can bring more sattva to your life. This will be interactive, we will share, and work together; together getting more balanced in our lives. After we will have a guided meditation practice and delicious yoga practice. After practice it is time to relax, to play and have fun, after all it is all about balance! We have the run of the property, room to sit and read, to bath in the infinity pool, or lounge and take in the breath taking view. Lunch will be organic, healthy and delicous!
