Training runs on the weekends once, or sometimes twice, a month. Weekends begin Fridays at 4:00-9:00, Saturdays 7:30-6:30, and Sundays 7:30-5:00. This way one is able to still maintain their career, family, and personal life while integrating the training into their daily lives.
Trinity Yoga & Lifestyle Training Program provides you with expertise drawn from the ancient wisdom and practice of yoga, to the state of the art understanding of contemporary nutritional health systems. This is a course for students to build their own strong foundation in yoga and health systems, or, use their training to lead and teach others how to optimize their own health.
