Join us in understanding the concept of freeing the pelvis and hip joint while stabilizing 360 degrees around the pelvic girdle. Much of this work is necessary to free the grip pattern that many of us use to support ourselves when we lack core strength. This workshop will give our hip flexors length, and create strength and balance by freeing habitual grip patterns while experientially connecting to pelvic floor and abdominal musculature creating length freedom and ability to move with space and ease.
